Stripe — subscription billing
The application uses Stripe for paid-plan checkout, billing-portal access and billing-event processing.
Resend — authentication email delivery
Resend is configured to deliver authentication emails for the application. This statement does not represent that sending-domain readiness has been confirmed.
Companies House — public company information
When a user requests a company search or lookup, Tally Badger may retrieve public UK company information from Companies House. Information used is limited to appropriate company-identity details such as company number, legal name, company status and type, incorporation date and registered-office information, together with source and last-checked information where required. Companies House matching is not proof of ownership, authority or Tally Badger verification.
