Accounts and acceptable use
Users are responsible for accurate account information, authorised use and protecting credentials and devices. The service must not be misused, disrupted, probed without permission or used for unlawful activity.
Plans, prices and limits
Starter is free and Stripe-free. Business and Business Pro are monthly paid plans. Published feature, issuance and business-count limits apply to future actions; changing plan does not erase financial history.
Billing and payments
Paid-plan checkout and billing management use Stripe-hosted services. Final rules for renewal, cancellation, refunds, VAT treatment, failed payments and plan changes are not stated in this overview and require approved customer terms before release.
Customer content and records
Users remain responsible for the business and financial information they enter, its accuracy, and their authority to process it. Existing invoices, quotes, expenses, payments and other financial history are not invalidated solely by moving to a lower plan.
Companies House matching
Where the lookup feature is available, a Companies House match associates business details in Tally Badger with a public Companies House record selected and confirmed by the user. It does not prove that a user owns, controls or is authorised to act for that company. Users remain responsible for ensuring that the business information they provide or confirm is accurate and that they are authorised to use Tally Badger for the relevant business.

The service may evolve as features, security and operational needs change. This overview does not promise uninterrupted availability, a service level or permanent access to any particular feature.
